Regular scheduled maintenance includes the following:
- Complete inspection of interior and exterior
- Thorough cleaning
- Sand, prime and repaint tank
- Replace worn or broken parts and gaskets
- Stencil tank with ID#, year of service, operating sequence, and amperage rating
- Complete functional check and verification of operating sequence and timing curve characteristics
- Record all test results and parts in computer
- Database emailed to customer in Access or Excel format
- No trip or mileage charge for regular scheduled maintenance
